Scouts

Smart Scouts!

Scouts are a go-getting group of young people aged 10 ½ to 14 who:

  • Master new skills and try new things
  • Have fun and go on adventures
  • Make friends
  • Are curious about the world around them
  • Help others and make a difference, in their own communities and beyond

Week in and week out, they gather in groups called Scout Troops to conquer the small task of changing the world.

When?

Our Scouts meet on Friday evenings from 7.30-9.15pm (term-time only). We occasionally do other events on other days too.

Where?

Our weekly sessions run at West Thorpe Methodist Church. Any sessions elsewhere will be communicated in advance.

Why?

To make new friends, develop skills for life and have an amazing time filled with fun and adventure!

How do I join?

Visit our Join Us page and complete the contact form – someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible and we can get you ready to Scout!
