Our GLT
To make everything tick, WTS is made up of a group of around 20 volunteers, each of whom brings a different level of experience and expertise to our team. Our Group Leadership Team (GLT) is our core group of volunteers, who are responsible for the operational side of the group, ensuring that all programmes are of a high-quality for our young people and that each session is planned and supported fully. They meet together at least once per term.
